There is an extra delivery charge for some heavy or bulky items this is shown at checkout. 
Delivery  normally 1-3 working days.
We will inform you if there are going to be any delays

Koi or live fish Delivery AM £15.00
We send Koi or other  fish for delivery Tuesday or Friday AM.
We will phone you to arrange the next convinient delivery date and to ensure there will be somebody able to recieve them.
In the unlikely event Koi are not recieved by 12 noon you must notify us so we can trace the shipment.
Koi AM delivery must be selected for delivery of Koi or other fish.
